You’ll begin the session with a brief history of the company, before 2 hours of hand-making Scotch eggs, including a full practical demonstration and plenty of time to get to grips with the process. What happens on the day?
Make sure you arrive 5 minutes before your class begins, where you’ll be welcomed and meet the rest of your group.
Begin with a brief history of the company, before a full practical demonstration of hand-making Scotch eggs. Knowledge at the ready, you can have a go at it yourself. Enjoy a seven-course tasting menu throughout, and take home your own handmade Top Notch Scotch Eggs™.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
