What happens on the day?
On arrival at TT Liquor, enjoy a classic rum cocktail before your tasting begins. You’ll be given an introduction to rum, where it originated and how it spread throughout the world, before getting on to the serious business of tasting.
You’ll be guided through the various styles, ageing methods and techniques used by different colonies to create their own rums. You’ll finish by being tested on your newfound knowledge, with two rums to taste and identify.

Availability
The experience takes place from 17.00 on selected Saturdays throughout the year.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
