You and a fellow aspiring rum connoisseur can take your seats for a tranquil 3 hour cruise. Beginning in the historic town of Ware, you’ll pass through original working locks, drifting down the picturesque River Lee, all whilst an expert regales you with stories of rum’s unique history. Sample your way through four rums, before spending the last hour enjoying two of your favourites in a signature cocktail, served by the onboard bartender.

“Rum Tasting Cruise”
The rum cruise was a leisurely fun way to spend a summers evening. We were welcomed where we received a Free Rum Glass and a Pocket Bag and an amazing Pina Colada. We were then given 4 different rums to try with mixers and knowledge of each rum. The trip was very relaxing. We then finished the trip with a Rum Punch. It was my dads 70th and he had the best time. We loved it and will be back to try the Gin Experience. Its a great way to try different rums. Highly recommend.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Ware Town Quay, you’ll be checked in before stepping on board and embarking on your 3 hour cruise. Take in the sights as you pass through the original working locks and down the picturesque River Lee, all whilst sipping your way to rum expertise. Round the last hour of your cruise off with a delicious rum cocktail, served in style by the onboard bartender.

Availability
The experience is available on selected Saturdays March to October with some dates in October / November if demand is high. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
