Nestled on the outskirts of Maidenhead, Fredrick’s Hotel & Spa is the perfect place for a bit of south county relaxing, with an indoor and outdoor pool (surrounded by a tranquil garden), sauna and steam room, fitness suite and a lounge area. You’ll be treated to a 60-minute treatment of your choice, ensuring you’re feeling relaxed from head to toe by the time you’re finished!
Afternoon Tea will be served in the Spa Sanctuary Lounge, meaning you won’t even need to get out of your robes and slippers as you tuck into tasty tea-time favourites with an extra-special glass of prosecco.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Fredrick’s Hotel & Spa you’ll be greeted by a member of staff before being shown around the facilities. You’ll be provided with a robe, towel and slippers so all you need to remember is a swimming costume before getting down to enjoying the facilities.
When it’s time for your pre-booked treatment you’ll head for your treatment room to relax with a 60 minute Fredrick’s Taster Treatment.
Afternoon Tea will be served in the Spa Sanctuary Lounge, consisting of hearty English tea-time favourites and a glass of prosecco to add extra class to proceedings.

Available seven days a week. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 6 hours for the experience.
The spa is open 15.00 to 20.00 on Monday to Friday, 12.00 to 20.00 Saturday and Sunday. Please note due to current restrictions time spent using the spa facilities is limited to 2 hours.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Okay but not great”
Positives: Nice pool and sauna. Facial was good too. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep. My face looked flawless after too. Negatives: Steam room smelt mouldy. Changing room was a tad bit small. Afternoon tea was not great. Sandwiches and pastries looked like they had been out in the open for a while. They were dry and crusty.
