What happens on the day?
On arrival at your chosen PURE spa location, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff. You’ll be taken to a treatment room by your fully qualified spa therapist, who’ll give you a full consultation before helping you to choose your three treatments.
Take your pick from a variety of treatments including massages, facials, salt scrubs and more to enjoy in the 90 minute time frame.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 16 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)
- Participants should be of reasonable health (you may not be able to take certain treatments if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Available seven days a week throughout the year. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow at least 2 hours for your visit. Total treatment time is 90 minutes.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

What a fantastic morning at Pure Spa Bristol! The staff were extremely friendly and professional and put me at my ease straight away. The facial and massage was the best I’ve ever had followed by a lovely manicure. I cannot thank them enough.
