What happens on the day?
Upon arrival to Craft in Birmingham, you’ll be welcomed and shown through to your own private dome. Once settled at the table, you’ll be able to enjoy a four course set meal alongside a bottle of English Sparkling wine or 4 beers.

Availability
Your experience can be booked from Wednesday and Thursdays, plus Friday lunchtimes.
Reservations can be made for between 12.00 and 14.00 for lunch, and between 17.00 and 20.00 for dinner.
Please note certain dates aren’t excluded such as Christmas, Valentine’s, and Mother's/Father’s Day. Please refer to the restaurant’s terms and conditions for full details on the exclusion period
We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Excellent food and service Only let down by issues over the bill at the end They didn’t seem to know we had spent £240 on our Virgin Experience dinner for 4 with sparkling wine included We only had extras of 4 beers and 3 coffees to pay for and were presented with a bill for £92 !!! It was sorted out after 3 attempts which spoilt the overall experience sadly
