Learn how to make delicious, fresh pizza with this hand-on Pizza Making Masterclass at La Cucina Caldesi. You will be taught the ins and outs of cooking the perfect pizza by a talented chef with years of experience. Learn how to make pizza dough from scratch as well as focaccia which you can take home with you.

During your 4 hour class you will master kneading, seasoning, dressing and baking; all the elements of a wonderful Italian pizza. You will also prepare Italian salads to complement your pizza, plus a scrumptious seasonal dessert and get to eat your pizza fresh from the oven. What happens on the day?

When you arrive at La Cucina Caldesi cookery school you will be warmly welcomed and can relax with your fellow students and enjoy tea and coffee along with some homemade biscotti before your 4 hour masterclass begins. Your teacher will introduce the menu, ingredients and techniques that will be used during the day before you get cooking.

You will learn a variety of skills and enjoy tasting your pizza fresh from the oven. You will leave the workshop with a new knowledge of Italian cooking and take home your very own focaccia bread.
