Learn how to make delicious, fresh pizza with this hand-on Pizza Making Masterclass at La Cucina Caldesi. You will be taught the ins and outs of cooking the perfect pizza by a talented chef with years of experience. Learn how to make pizza dough from scratch as well as focaccia which you can take home with you.
During your 4 hour class you will master kneading, seasoning, dressing and baking; all the elements of a wonderful Italian pizza. You will also prepare Italian salads to complement your pizza, plus a scrumptious seasonal dessert and get to eat your pizza fresh from the oven. This hands-on masterclass will be fun and friendly yet full of valuable information. You will develop your culinary skills and be inspired to get cooking at home.

“An epic day out ”
Had a great time at Grizedale Forest GoApe. There is a good mix of activities in the treetop challenge including some epic zip wires. Definitely was pushed out of my comfort zone but always felt safe. The kids in our group loved it. There can be a bit of waiting around between the platforms. Our experience lasted well over three hours from start to finish so allow plenty of time. A very good value experience.

What happens on the day?
When you arrive at La Cucina Caldesi cookery school you will be warmly welcomed and can relax with your fellow students and enjoy tea and coffee along with some homemade biscotti before your 4 hour masterclass begins. Your teacher will introduce the menu, ingredients and techniques that will be used during the day before you get cooking.
You will learn a variety of skills and enjoy tasting your pizza fresh from the oven. You will leave the workshop with a new knowledge of Italian cooking and take home your very own focaccia bread.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
