Distil Your Own Personalised Gin with Tastings and Tour for Two at Wessex Distillery

On arrival you’ll be given a warm welcome from the friendly team as well as a Gin & Tonic each to start the day off nicely.

You’ll then be taken on a tour of the distillery to see where the ‘magic’ happens and taken step by step through the distillation process, learning how they make some of the best British craft gin in the UK.

The fantastic team will give you an insight into their day-to-day operations, and you will learn about the history of gin, the local area, and their journey.

You’ll get a guided session where you’ll be shown how to operate a copper still to create your own bespoke blend of botanicals for your perfect gin recipe and be able to personalise your bottle label as a memorable keepsake of the day.
