About this experience
Take time out to relieve your stress at a Spirit Health Club of your choice. There are two locations to choose from and you will receive a 30 minute treatment of your choice, which can either be a deep cleansing Dermalogica Express Facial or a Divine Swedish Back Massage.
Your day doesn’t end there though, as you and a friend are welcome to make use of the Spirit Health Club’s leisure facilities. These vary dependant on location but all clubs include an indoor swimming pool and a fully equipped gym; with most clubs offering a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, for you to make the most of the day's pampering. Please note that this voucher entitles you and friend to enjoy the clubs facilities, but only one person is entitled to the treatment. Additional treatments may be booked and paid for directly with the club.

What happens on the day?
Your experience will start when you are greeted by a member of staff and guided around the club. You are provided with a towel if needed but you will require a £1 coin to make use of the lockers. You are then free to use the club’s facilities and take your treatment, which should be booked prior to your visit.
Either an Express Facial or a Swedish Back Massage will be carried out by an expert therapist. You may bring a friend along to use the clubs facilities with you, but only one person is entitled to the treatment.

Availability
The voucher may be used seven days a week, and visits must be pre-booked.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your treatment will last for 30 minutes but please allow up to a full day for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Relaxing day”
We had a nice day despite the fact the place is quite small and there wasn't really anywhere to sit and relax. Luckily it was quiet otherwise it would've felt crowded. Unfortunately my experience was spoilt at the end of the day by a lady bringing her teenage son into the ladies changing room just as I was getting changed! I felt really embarrassed! There were no individual cubicles to change so I had no choice other than to quickly wrap a towel around myself and quickly finish getting changed.
