Looking to develop your running skills? From the UK’s number one for running coaching, this Online Running Technique Analysis with an expert running coach is everything you need to help you reach your goals.
The 60 minute online consultation will begin with a discussion of your running history including any previous injuries, as well as setting out your running goals for the future. Using a video previously supplied by you ahead of the meeting, the coach will analyse your running technique from head-to-toe including posture, cadence and even foot strike.
Using a movement screen, the coach will identify key opportunities for improvement of your running technique. Along the way, you can ask any burning questions you might have. Following the session, you’ll receive a personalised report, outlining the coach’s recommendations to serve as a roadmap for you.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
The 60 minute consulation can be booked seven days a week, subject to coach availability. We would advise to book around 2 weeks in advance.
You will then receive your written report no later than 7 days following the session.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
