“Very nice break in a comfortable and clean hotel”
The hotel is situated in a wealthy neighbourhood. The hotel room is small. clean, and comfortable, and all standard amenities are present. There is no minibar or lift. The TV is not of HD. The dinner was the highlight. Staffs are friendly. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained.Due to proximity to the mainline railways, noise from the trains can be heard which is blocked effectively by closing the window. There are public footpaths next to the hotel. Local residents are polite.

“Lovey break”
We spent a lovely night in a deluxe double on the ground floor. The room was very modern, well decorated and there was plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept and the staff are very attentive. We had a delicious meal in the brasserie, the food was excellent and the service was very good. The whole experience was very relaxed and we had a lovely evening. I would recommend a stay at Gorse Hill.

We stayed one night in this very well located and comfortable hotel. Very impressed with the effort made by staff to address Covid. Good meals and a lovely room overlooking tranquil gardens.
