What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Grand, York you’ll be warmly welcomed and directed to your room. You can check in anytime from 15.00. As part of your stay, you’ll have full access to the spa for one hour. You’ll be given a tour of the facilities including the pool, sauna, steam room and gym. It’s up to you whether you enjoy the spa before or after your 60 minute treatment. You’ll enjoy a one night stay in a Classic room, followed by a Full Yorkshire Breakfast in the morning.

Your experience can be booked Sunday to Thursday, however exclusions may apply.
Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out is until 11.00 on the day of departure.
We recommend you book at least 1 week in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
