What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll be greeted by staff and check into the Ambassadors room, the Queen of all of the hotel's rooms with even more space and larger bathrooms and indulgent L'Occitane toiletries with an LED TV, iPod docking station, Nespresso machine and more. You’re free to spend your time at the hotel as you wish, enjoying the facilities and the comfortable surroundings.
As part of this experience, you’ll get to enjoy a three-course dinner including a side dish from the a la carte menu (a supplement of £3 to be charged for lamb and steak dishes) and a bottle of Prosecco, and in the morning you’ll each enjoy a lovely breakfast.

Check-in will be from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be 12.00 on the morning of departure.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
