“An epic day out ”
Had a great time at Grizedale Forest GoApe. There is a good mix of activities in the treetop challenge including some epic zip wires. Definitely was pushed out of my comfort zone but always felt safe. The kids in our group loved it. There can be a bit of waiting around between the platforms. Our experience lasted well over three hours from start to finish so allow plenty of time. A very good value experience.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Gannet Inn you’ll be warmly welcomed and checked in by the staff, who’ll direct you to your Cosy room. With warm, unique décor, comfortable touches and a flat-screen TV, it’s the perfect home away from home for the night.
In the evening you’ll enjoy a £65 shared allowance to the hotel’s restaurant, where you can tuck into the likes of duo of duck leg lollipop and breast with rainbow dauphinoise potato, chicken, potato and leek pie, and much more. Following a good night’s sleep, you’ll be served a cooked or continental breakfast of your choice.

Please note that The Gannet Inn will be accepting bookings from September 2021.
Your one night stay is available seven days a week throughout the year. Bank Holidays, Valentines, Christmas and New Year’s Eve availability may be limited or excluded.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check in from 14.00 and check out by 11.00.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
