Good
The food and service was great, very fresh but the room was very out-dated. The wooden table was old, the temperature in the could not be adjusted. Fairly clean room. Early morning the fire alarm went off twice and there was no explanation about what had happened or what was happening.

Really Nice Hotel
Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel was very nice, rooms are lovely, staff are very friendly and the food in the Number Twelve restaurant is delicious. The only downside is the wet room instead of shower, it's makes the bathroom very hot and steamy and produces a slightly damp smell. There are no other negatives, I would recommend staying here

Needs improvement
Brought as a gift. The hotel itself is lovely, as we only had one night we didn't want to do much (especially the tube) the location was great. The food was lovely. My only complaint is the staff. They didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. On check in I asked if I needed to book our table for dinner and they said no, we got to dinner and they said had we booked to which I said no so that took a while. Later we ordered two cocktails and in a very empty restaurant that took 15+ minutes.
