Superb!
The hotel was great. Our room was a great size and spotless & the bed was super comfy. Our dinner & breakfast was delicious and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I really couldn't fault one single thing if I tried! We will definitely be going back again.

The white horse Dorking
We enjoyed a lovely one night stay at this hotel in Dorking. The food was delicious. The room was extremely comfortable and all the staff were lovely. A really old inn with character. Whilst we were there we enjoyed a day at the denbie vineyard just a few minutes away which we would highly recommend.

Great Hotel and Restaurant
Fantastically renovated coaching inn with great interior and furnishings. Super friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant “The Dozen” was excellent and the Lamb shank was delicious.

Weekend escape
Just wanted a night/day away to escape. Great location for walking. We went to Denbies Vineyard for a tour & tasting. Half an hours walk from hotel through park/woodland. Hotel was well presented & service was excellent. Food was delicious & despite them catering for a wedding party of 50 guest we didn’t feel neglected

Disappointed
Staff attentive and excellent, breakfast was also very good. Room adequate except shower door closure. Wet door opened into the bathroom and did not seal properly - useless Evening meal poor menu, overpriced and low quality cuisine my wife had the fish > £18.00 and I had the herb and garlic coated chicken breast > £15.00. Both very easy meals to cook but the fish was small, thin and dry and the chicken should have been in a basket in pub for about £6.00 it was small and tasteless.

Sadly not the best weekend
was not good, the White Horse coaching Inn had issues with their computer system, after 4 different attempts we finally got booked. On arrival we were handed the keys to our room, beautiful decor but a very small room with no window to speak of, just a very tiny obscured glass window! very claustrophobic. Meal in the evening was good with good service. Breakfast was a very long wait to be seated and very disappointing, had to ask for cutlery! , streaky bacon & very fatty along with the sausage

The biggest disappointment
We arrived at the coach house after an awful journey, to find all the parking reserved. We had arrived early and knew we wouldn't be able to book in, but we needed the rest room and a drink, so made our way in. The lady at reception couldn't have been more abrupt and unwelcoming. She announced with a dismissive wave that we would need to park in the municipal car park some 10 minute walk away, when expressed surprise at the she started to shout at us and wave the booking form at us.
