What happens on the day?
When you arrive at the Chester Abbots Well Hotel for check in between 14.00 and 15.00 you will be directed to your splendid twin or double room where you and your guest will feel at home. You will find your room complete with a flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom.
Relax or head out to explore the local area and that night you will enjoy a delicious meal followed by a pleasant night’s sleep. In the morning you can tuck into breakfast before check out between 10.00 and 11.00.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.
Your experience will be for one night.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

The hotel was lovely and clean, staff were helpful, our room had air con and a fridge which was great for cold drinks. Big super king size bed. Food at dinner was well cooked and had good choice. Loved the breakfast. Chester is a nice place to visit.

Lovely hotel. Could have been more choice of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room lovely. A lot of hidden extras to pay for when had meal as only £22 per person was covered in the deal.
