What happens on the day?
On arrival, you and your guest will be welcomed by the concierge team and directed towards your room. Enjoy the leisure facilities that the hotel has to offer or head out to explore the beautiful countryside in the area.
Return for your dinner in the hotel dining room before enjoying a restful night’s sleep followed by breakfast the next morning.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

We ended up opting for an Short Hotel Break after having our Planned Balloon Flight over the Peak District canceled Three Times. We used our Voucher at The Leeds Parkway Hotel. The Hotel is about Seven miles North of Leeds on the Otley Road, it is a Quiet Busy Hotel with various meetings within the Building. Free WiFi works well enough. Rooms are Clean and Brasserie not too Busy in the Evening, Little disappointed the Bread was frozen not Baked fresh.
