What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Palace of Holyroodhouse you’ll exchange your /1 and /2 vouchers for tickets to gain entry to the Palace itself including 14 state rooms, Holyrood Abbey, the royal gardens and The Queen’s Gallery, Edinburgh.
On arrival at the hotel, you and your guest will be warmly welcomed and shown to your Classic room, featuring flat-screen TV and complimentary high speed WIFI. Relax here or perhaps enjoy a drink in the hotel’s cosy bar before taking your table for dinner to enjoy a £22 dinner allowance each in the contemporary Brasserie-style Princes Dining Room.
After a refreshing night’s sleep you will be served a leisurely breakfast, before departing from the hotel ready for the journey home or another day’s fun in this fantastic city.

Availability
Visit to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Entry to the Queens Gallery is Thursday to Monday (closed on Tuesday and Wednesday) every 15 minutes. First entry timeslot 09.30, last entry timeslot 15.00.
Please note that the above cannot be prebooked and admission will be given at the next available timeslot.

Overnight stay
Your voucher is available seven days a week. Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
Please note - Weekend dates are limited (especially for Spring/Summer)
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.
Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Your hotel stay will be for one night. Please allow a full day to fully enjoy your visit to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Queens Gallery.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
