What happens on the day?
On arrival at The County Hotel, you’ll be warmly greeted and directed to your standard room, offering free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Head out to explore Newcastle, or simply relax in comfort. In the morning, you’ll be served a cooked or continental breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.
Your tour of St James’ Park will last approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Please make sure you arrive in good time for your tour. You will be guided around the stadium by an expert on Newcastle United, visiting usually off-limit areas, learning all about the fantastic history of the club and having your burning questions answered. Don’t miss the fantastic photo opportunities and be sure to check out the club shop and purchase souvenirs.

One Night Stay
Your one night stay is available Sunday to Thursday throughout the year. Excludes bank holiday, city event and high occupancy dates, other exclusions may apply.
Bookings are subject to availability and vouchers cannot be used on city event dates (football, rugby, concerts etc.)
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in will be from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be 11.00 on the morning of departure.
Football Stadium tour
This experience is available Wednesday to Sunday. The voucher cannot be used on a match day and other date restrictions may apply. Please contact the supplier at the time of booking for updated availability.
Bookings must be made at least one week in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.
Tours take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked tour time.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
