“Indigo Hotel York”
A fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel. All hotel staff where warm and welcoming, room was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. Even though they were short staffed due to Covid they all pulled together to ensure guests had a great visit.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Indigo hotel, you’ll be greeted by a member of staff before being directed to your room. From there the time’s yours to enjoy as you wish, spending time in the comfort of your room, or heading out to explore the local area. Following a peaceful night’s sleep, you’ll be served a delicious breakfast to set you up for the day.

- Any disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking your Lunch Cruise. All passengers must be physically able to walk on to the boats with an able bodied helper and unfortunately no electronic wheelchairs are permitted

Availability
Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take both experiences before the expiry date.
You are able to book your overnight stay Sunday to Friday throughout the year. Please be aware that some excluded dates may apply.
Weekends may be available, but please note these are limited until 2022.
Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival, and check-out until 11.00 on the day of departure.
We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Lovely hotel”
Really enjoyed our stay, hotel is well located to get to into town and lots of good places to eat around and about. Nice bar and restaurant area and good rooms. Only issue we had was lack of availability of rooms where the Virgin Experience voucher could be used which meant it was difficult to find a night we could stay.
“Virgin Experience do not want another”
I do not think Hotel Indigo York should be on your list. We got nothing that was promised nothing in room regarding Virgin Experience. There should have been local produced chocolates. The room was above the bin area which were emptied at four in the morning. Hotel had stopped doing evening meals which I did not know about. On complaining never received a reply to my second email . Only good thing about the hotel was that the staff were very helpful.
