What happens on the day?
When you arrive at The Grand hotel for check in at 15:00, you’ll be warmly greeted and shown to your splendid room where you and your guest will instantly feel at home. You’ll find your room complete with a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and an ensuite bathroom with stylish décor. In the afternoon, the two of you can tuck into a decadent afternoon tea in the hotel’s The Rise Restaurant. Following a restful night’s sleep, in the morning enjoy a Full Yorkshire Breakfast before check-out.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months and cannot be extended. Please ensure that your voucher is booked and used before the date shown.
Your experience can be booked seven days a week, however exclusions may apply.
Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out is until 11.00 on the day of departure.
We recommend you book at least 1 week in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finsh
“How not to deal with vouchers.”
Problems started when trying to book. When busy which seems to be most of the time calls are put through to America and the staff do not understand vouchers. Eventually after more phone attempts I managed to book by email supplying my voucher number and pin and got confirmation if the booking and zero charge. On arrival I handed over the voucher. The stay and meals were fine but on checkout the queue was such that I used fast checkout. On returning home I found my card had been charged!
