Amazing the staff were great so helpful an polite we stayed for a 1 night stay on 25 September 20 also had a dinner vipod the service an food was truly outstansing an so clean masks were warn in the hotel unless sat eating an drinking staff also had them on I really want to go back for 2 highly recommended

What happens on the day?
You may check in at Bowden Hall between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival, when you’ll be welcomed by the friendly staff and shown to your room.
After a sound night’s sleep, you’ll be served breakfast and during your stay you’ll have plenty of time to explore the surrounding area. Check out is between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Excellent stay , lovely room , fine food , and the hotel was in a lovely setting . Staff were very friendly and accommodating , you would not have realised that we were in the Covid 19 situation .
