What happens on the day?
When you arrive at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel for check in between 14.00 and 15.00 you will be directed to your splendid twin or double room where you and your guest will feel at home. You will find your room complete with a flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi.
Relax or head out and explore the local area and that night you will enjoy a pleasant night’s sleep. In the morning you can tuck into breakfast and check out is between 10.00 and 11.00.

Availability
Your voucher is available 7 days a week. Date exclusions such as special or major events will apply.
Check in will be between 14.00 and 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out will be between 10.00 and 11.00 on the morning of departure.
We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability and some weekends may be subject to a minimum stay.
Please note - Saturdays can be particularly busy and at peak times may require a minimum 12 weeks lead booking time.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“A Good Night”
After being given a Virgin Experience gift of a spa day, we changed for a night away at the Mecure Grange Park Hotel in hull. A lovely hotel with exceptional service from staff. Although the room was a little tired and the food was nothing to write home about we did have a good night.
