Learn something new and develop your culinary skills at La Cucina Caldesi with a fantastic One Day Pasta Making Workshop. La Cucina Caldesi is the only Italian cookery school in central London, and it’s the place to be if you have a passion for the food of Italy.
At the cookery school you will be warmly welcomed and enjoy tea, coffee and homemade biscotti before your full-day workshop starts. Your teacher, Stefano Borella, will introduce the menu to you and explain the techniques you will be using to create your pasta. Everything you will need will be laid out ready for you so you can get stuck in with this hands-on day in the kitchen. You will learn to make a variety of different pastas, including long, stuffed, coloured and shaped pastas, as well as sauces to complement them. Then comes the best bit - the tasting. You can enjoy tucking into your own freshly made pasta with a glass of wine and take away plenty more pasta to enjoy at home.

What happens on the day?
When you arrive at La Cucina Caldesi cookery school you will be warmly welcomed and can relax with your fellow students and enjoy tea and coffee along with some homemade biscotti before your workshop begins. Your teacher Stefano Borella will introduce the menu, ingredients and techniques that will be used during the day before you get cooking.
You will make a variety of pastas and enjoy tasting them over lunch with a glass of wine. You will leave the workshop with a new knowledge of pasta and the techniques on how to make it, plus there will be plenty of pasta left to take home to enjoy with your friends or family.

Availability

We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
