Never been to a Motown event before. This was great - a live band, a Compere who was excellent at getting the crowd going, topped off by an excellent Motown soul DJ. The atmosphere was brilliant, everyone there had a good time. There were several celebrating anniversaries, birthdays etc. The only thing for improvement is the venue is not really setup for dancing. There is no dancefloor. The ground floor is taken up by dining tables and upstairs hzs limited room.
