There’s a bunch of loveable new animal friends waiting to meet you at Huckleberry Woods, in the heart of the beautiful Kent countryside.
Grab a friend and get up close and personal as you meet loveable miniature pigs, miniature donkeys and maybe cuddle the free-roaming Teddy Bear sheep. Don’t forget to grab a selfie with the free-roaming alpacas, ducks and chickens.
Take the pigs and donkeys for a short walk around the orchard. And what could be nicer than tucking into some sweet treats in the little Summerhouse tearoom afterwards. It’s an adventure like no other!

“An epic day out ”
Had a great time at Grizedale Forest GoApe. There is a good mix of activities in the treetop challenge including some epic zip wires. Definitely was pushed out of my comfort zone but always felt safe. The kids in our group loved it. There can be a bit of waiting around between the platforms. Our experience lasted well over three hours from start to finish so allow plenty of time. A very good value experience.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, hand in your experience voucher and immerse yourself in the animal-lover’s paradise.
Visit the pigs and donkeys and don’t forget to say hi and grab a selfie with the free-roaming alpacas, ducks, Teddy Bear sheep and chickens. Arrange a short walk with the pigs and donkeys. The harness trained pigs are fully grown and past the tiny piglet stage. They're about the size of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
After relaxing with all your new friends, head to the little Summerhouse tearoom for a hot drink and sweet treats.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 9 (under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult)
- Huckleberry Woods is a small and wild orchard venue. All participants must be steady on their feet and able to walk on rough terrain
- Special dietary requirements cannot be catered for
- All visitors must have a valid voucher (Please note: It's not possible to redeem more than one voucher for the same session due to Huckleberry Woods' animal welfare policy limiting the number of animal walks permitted per day)
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
The experience is available at 10.30 and 13.30 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours including tea in the little Summerhouse.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
