What happens on the day?
You’ll be met in front of the Abbey Road Studios, where your tutor will meet you and show you to Samya’s Kitchen. Begin by preparing dough for your Fatayer – spinach triangles – before they’re served up alongside Lebanese wine as a snack to help fuel the rest of your cooking.
You and the rest of the group will get an in-depth look into the nuances of cuisine from various places in the Middle East, cooking up a feast of mezzes, mains and desserts made with only the finest quality produce. With vegetarian and vegan options available, there’s something to delight every palate. Once you’ve finished your cooking, you’ll tuck into your finished creations for a Middle Eastern feast of epic proportions!

The experience is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11.00 to 20.00, Saturdays 11.00 - 14.00 (exclusions may apply).
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
