Grab a fellow liquor enthusiast and head over to MAP Maison to embark on a journey of Mexico’s most mystical spirit with a Mezcal Masterclass. Kick things off with a signature cocktail and a small tapas plate to share as you take in the 1920s décor and decadent bar.
MAP Maison boasts a team of superb mixologists, and you’ll have one to hand as you explore the fascinating history of Mezcal. Your tastebuds will be put to the test as you learn, sampling three premium varieties before heading behind the bar to make a Mezcal cocktail yourselves. To finish things off, you’ll each receive a mini cocktail to take away from MAP Lab’s extensive bottled cocktail range.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at MAP Maison, you’ll be warmly greeted with a small tapas plate and one of MAP’s signature cocktails.
Within the bar’s stylish surroundings, you’ll learn all about the history and production of American whiskey from the experts, whilst enjoying a tasting of three different American whiskies and another whiskey-based cocktail made by you behind the bar. Finish off by receiving a third cocktail each for take away from MAP Lab’s bottled cocktail range.
