My sister brought me the experience for my birthday . Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotttest day of the year in London and staff were very accommodating , sitting us at coolest nail bar & providing extra drinks. Manicure was professional and brilliant with lots of colours to choose from. Staff really couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely time and I would definitely go back !

What happens on the day?
On arrival at your chosen London Grace location you’ll be warmly welcomed by a member of staff served a glass of pink fizz to enjoy each.
As you drink and chat the morning or afternoon away you’ll each be treated to nail shaping, buffing and a polish. There’s a coffee shop and cocktail bar too if you want to grab a coffee (or something with a bit more kick) and keep the good times going.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

I had sent email to book experience and after 4/5 email exchanges back and forth I missed the last email that asked for my mobile number. The morning of the booking, I sent my number but assumed that my appointment was still booked as I had set a date, time, location, sent codes etc. I was very upset that the booking was not made and it was my mums birthday gift. I then encountered a lot of issues trying to sort everything out with the store and was then late and missed our lunch reservations
