What happens on the day?
You’ll meet your professional guide in the City Store where your experience gets underway. This will include a behind the scenes look at the press conference room, warm up area, home player dressing room, the tunnel and pitch side, as well as brand new immersive attractions including holographic content and a state-of-the-art journey through Man City’s history in a 360-degree cinema suite.
You’ll even get to visit City Football Academy, making it the perfect experience for aspiring footballers, City fans and all-round sports enthusiasts!

Availability
Tours run seven days a week at 13.00. Tours have limited availability on training and match days and are subject to fixtures and events. Please contact the call centre for more information.
We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. Tour dates are released approximately eight weeks in advance. Dates cannot generally be booked further ahead due to the changeable nature of the fixture list.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Highly recommended
I’m not a Man City fan but this tour was fantastic. The stadium and facilities themselves were incredible - highlights were the dressing room and pitch but for any general football fan, seeing the historical memorabilia was also a real highlight. The tour guides were great- really friendly and humorous- also very knowledgeable, sharing insights about the manager players as well as the stadium. It lasts about 90 Minutes and it flies by. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

The greatest day of my life… so far !
Such a fantastic experience for a city fan. Being able to get up close and personal with otherwise off limits areas make for such a special day. The tour guides were absolutely amazing, their knowledge of the club and their facts about the players were second to none. I can’t imagine there will be a tour that could beat this on a personal level for me.

Great insight into Man City
Terrific tour of the stadium & academy - absolute must for any City fans as you go into the home dressing room plus see the Tunnel Club etc. Academy on a whole different level & what an opportunity for the young players coming through the ranks. The tour guides were knowledgeable plus good fun as well on a very cold morning.
