What happens on the day?
On arrival at the London Stadium, you’ll need to head to Entrance B, where you’ll show your booking confirmation to be checked in and pass security. Once in the stadium and ready, your tour will begin. You’ll get to see London Stadium in all its glory, visiting parts normally off-limits to the general public, all while a West Ham legend regales you with tales of their career and personal stories.
Your tour will finish with a 30 minute Q&A, so have your questions at the ready! You’ll have a signed picture of the legend and the rest of the group to take home, as well as a stadium tour certificate.

Availability
Tours run on selected weekends throughout the football season at 11.00 and 14.00 (exclusions include match days, VIP tours and occasional non-event days. Please check their website for operational dates)
Last tour entrance may be subject to change and will differ on days around events and matches. Please check with the supplier before travelling.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the tour.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
