Spanning an enormous 75,000 square feet, KidZania is nothing less than an incredible indoor city built for kids, so let them loose on a journey of discovery!

What happens on the day?
The four of you will need to arrive to the KidZania entrance at Westfield Shepherds Bush, London, roughly 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled time slot. At the kiosk, you’ll simply need to exchange your Virgin Experience Days voucher for your KidZania London ticket.
From there, your 4 hour experience is yours to enjoy – children will receive 50 KidZo’s (KidZania currency) on the way in, and then work to earn and save more. Let them discover a future passion, explore unexpected avenues and more in this fantastic indoor city built for kids.

Participant guidelines
- Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
- Children are deemed to be aged: 4 to 14 inclusive
- Early Years are deemed to be aged 1 to 3
- Adults are deemed to be 18+
- Children under 12 months can join you free of charge
- KidZania is entirely accessible to wheelchair users, with many lifts and escalator available. There are several accessible toilets, a variety of rest areas and all food and retail outlets are wheelchair friendly

Availability
The experience is available seven days a week throughout the year and must be pre-booked. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 4 hours for the full experience. Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
