Jamie Cooks Italy Class at Jamie Oliver's Cookery School
About this experience
Embark on a culinary journey to the heart of Italy, with this Jamie Cooks Italy Class for one, led by a professional chef chosen by Jamie Oliver himself.
You’ll be immersed in a full day of Italian cookery, exploring the regions of this European culinary hub and learning to make some of Jamie’s classic recipes. Pay a visit to Naples and whip up indulgent pizza fritta with tomato sauce, master the art of gnocchi from Rome, and stop by the seaside to make stuffed braised squid from Salina. Your chef will talk you through making a beef cheek meat ragù, a grilled apricot salad, and Gianduja – the original Nutella – that you can enjoy for dessert. The ultimate day out for aspiring chefs and lovers of Italian food.
