What happens on the day?
This three-hour Jack the Ripper Guided Coach Tour is made up of three parts. On arrival at the meeting location at Gate 0 Victoria Coach Station, London, you will be greeted by your guide and shown to your tour bus, where the experience begins:
Part 1: Coach Drive Through Dark London
The tour begins with a coach drive through the dark side of London. You’ll see the Old Bailey; the Royal London Hospital where the Elephant Man lived; the Wallace Plaque where ‘Braveheart’ was tortured; and hear tales of gangland warfare, butcherous barbers and great train robbers.
Part 2: Jack the Ripper Walk
As the night draws in, the tour approaches London’s East End, where in 1888, terror struck as Jack the Ripper came out of the fog and dimly lit alleys to stalk and butcher his five victims. You’ll walk his famous murder trail inspecting each site, deciphering the evidence and discussing the suspects as you seek to uncover - who was Jack the Ripper?
Part 3 : The Sherlock Holmes Pub
Fancy a nightcap? The tour ends in the warmth of the Sherlock Holmes pub (drinks not included), where you can catch up with fellow participants to discuss the case.

Rippertastic!
This was a present for my girlfriends birthday who is fascinated by the story of the ripper. The guide was entertaining and definitely knew his stuff. At each location he painted a gruesomely vivid scene that only enhanced the images we already knew to be true. As well as facts about the ripper, the guide threw in facts about other deaths, such as the death of William Wallace and ghost stories about some of the theatres on the West end. Overall our experience was entertaining and informative.

Jack the ripper
Thought the tour was very good. But the directions how to get to the bus was awful. Was told to meet the bus at Victoria train station. But it was actually Victoria coach station. Luckily they waited for us!

Great fun
The experience was excellent and very good value for the money. The guided tour on the bus was more extensive than I anticipated. The guide was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. The walking part of the tour was not too extensive and is manageable without too much exertion.

Jack the Ripper tour
This was a Christmas Present 2016 from my wife to me and my daughter. We both enjoyed yesterday's tour 11.08.2017. Was delayed getting away from Victoria Coach Station. But what a delight traveling on the old route master which I remember as a child. The tour itself was well done the a chap who was enthusiastic about history as I am. The walk into the old east end which only a little survives now and the narrow Victorian streets, which is the 1st for me, living just out of London. Well done

Jack The Ripper Guided Tour in London for Two
We had Paul the driver and Paul the tour talker. Both were very friendly and made you very welcome. We had a very great night. It was the best three hours. We really enjoyed it. What a night. And to top it off, we went to the pub, the sherlock holmes and had a nice drink in there before we went home. Once again, thank you for a great evening.

Great London tour
A great, different and interesting way to learn more about the history of London, not just about Jack the ripper and his victims. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun, which makes the experience even better..

The bus was great. The weather was dismal which just added to the experience, and the guide was a great story teller who knew his stuff! All in all a great experience

Ripper Tour
Found the tour quite good. Riding on a 1950s bus was fun and the tour guide very informative. Downside was....we had expected to visit every murder site yet missed a few. Rather being pointed out where they took place rather that actually visit the places where the murders took place. Which we all found very disappointing. Our previous Ripper tour took us the each site. Which was far better despite the extra walking. And what we had expected for this trip.

Had heard great reviews but not this experience!
I was disappointed with this tour. The bus ride was just a general London tour not the gory facts as advertised. The walking part was very done quickly so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The guide whilst very knowledgeable had no personality nor character to his talks. He was quietly spoken and often pointed and looked away from you whilst talking so you couldn’t hear. Disappointed and wish I had booked the walking tour where I have heard nothing but good reviews.

Jack the Ripper
Total waste of time and money, guide was pleasant enough but boring, very little about haunted London or Sherlock Holmes and nothing about Jack the Ripper I couldn’t of read in 5 minutes in a pamphlet.
