The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. Please ensure you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the experience.

What happens on the day?

Arriving by 10.30 at the Tower Bridge Experience, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your guide as you enjoy a visit to the museum to learn all about London’s famous bridge. Reaching Tower Pier at 12.00, you’ll climb aboard ‘Will Barge’ for a sharp 12.30 departure. Experience riverside sights as you tuck into a delicious lunch using locally-sourced ingredients with tea and coffee on offer, while the crew regale you with historic entertaining tales. Get a unique perspective of London Bridge’s 1,000 ton bascules rising as your barge sails through it. Your experience also includes entry to The Shard with a glass of champagne to commemorate the occasion.
