A dedicated Vault Master will guide you through a tasting of five premium gins, paired with appropriate mixers. What happens on the day?
On arrival at Vault 52 Gin Bar, you’ll meet the dedicated Vault Master who’ll be taking you on your voyage of gin discovery. You’ll learn about the origins and history of gin as you taste five premium gins, served with the appropriate mixer.
Discover how to identify unique flavours and how to enhance tastes with different botanicals. Afterwards, the two of you can take your seats at the Fairways Restaurant for a delicious three-course dinner.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
