What happens on the day?

On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and briefed before your adventure gets underway. Take on the free roam structure, creating your own adventure course deciding which of the 36 obstacles to tackle. As part of your experience, you’ll also have unlimited access to the Royal Marines-inspired assault course on the day.

Participant guidelines

Age Restrictions: Participants must be 8+ years. 8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket.
Adults accompanying guests aged 8 and 9 are required to remain on the same High Ropes level as the child/children at all times.
Guests aged 10-16 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on site.
Weight Restrictions: Maximum weight 130kg
Height Restrictions: Minimum height 130cm. Maximum height 203cm
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women
You must have a reasonable level of fitness
The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The experience is available on selected dates. Exclusion dates including 25 December will apply.

Tickets cannot be booked between 11.00 and 14.00 on weekends or throughout school holidays.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow up to 1 hour or the full experience depending on the choice made (including registration and briefing). Please allow additional time to enjoy the Royal Marines-inspired assault course.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
