An unforgettable culinary experience for both novices and accomplished cooks alike, this half-day course covers all types of pasta from tagliatelle to ravioli to gnocchi. Under the guidance of Langham’s Head Chefs, you’ll learn to roll out and make a variety of pasta shapes. You’ll be taught how to perfect a range of accompanying sauces like sage butter sauce, tomato sauce and pesto.
Having prepared one dish, you’ll savour your creation pairing it with a glass of wine to enjoy in the company of the other participants in the beautiful dining room, The Pantry. What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Langham, you’ll be warmly welcomed with tea or coffee before meeting your head chef and other participants. The half day course covers everything from rolling out and making a variety of pasta shapes to perfecting several sauces. Under expert guidance from the chefs, you’ll prepare one dish to pair with a glass of wine.
At the end of the class, you’ll receive a recipe pack and some pasta to take home in addition to a Sauce by the Langham apron, cloth and tote bag to keep as souvenirs of your experience.
