What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Langham, you’ll be warmly welcomed with a tea or coffee before meeting your head chef and other participants. The half day course covers everything from basic knife cuts and preparing a simple sauce like hollandaise to fish filleting and perfecting a decadent dessert. Under expert guidance from the chefs, you’ll prepare a complete main course and pair it with a glass of wine.
At the end of the class, you’ll receive a recipe pack from the day in addition to a Sauce by the Langham apron, cloth and tote bag to keep as souvenirs of your experience.
