About this experience
Grab an adrenaline water-loving friend and head out on this exhilarating Coasteering Experience for Two.
Kitted out in wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets, the session will be led by industry leading coasteering instructors who will begin with a full safety briefing and lesson in correct coasteering techniques. You’ll discover a whole range of super cool skills, from wild swimming and technical traversing right through to navigating natural rapids and big gully water troughs.
Accompanied by your guide, you’ll head out on the water to an awesome cave, packed with natural features for exploration. Along the way, you’ll navigate epic jumps in the hidden gem of the crystal-clear deep water gully, and you may even make a few new water friends.

We did the coasteering experience last Saturday and had an absolute blast! The two guys who were running it called Conor and Adam were excellent and very professional. It was a lot of fun and we would definitely recommend anyone to give it a go :)

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Newquay Centre, the two of you will be warmly welcomed by the team before completing some basic paperwork. You’ll receive a safety introduction and some training in correct coasteering techniques, before heading out on the water. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll embark on a journey to an awesome cave, packed with natural features for exploration, navigating epic jumps.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 8
- Spectators are able to walk along the headland where the experience takes place, however most of the experience will be inaccessible to non participants
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
The experience can be booked seven days a week throughout the year. Excluded dates do apply.
We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 3 hours for the full experience. Lesson times do vary depending on the group size, weather and ocean conditions but the staff will always ensure your lesson as long as possible.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
