What happens on the day?
On arrival at Cookery School at Little Portland Street, you and the rest of the group will be warmly welcomed with gluten-free nibbles.
You’ll be taught by one of the School’s expert cooks, learning how to bake delights including torta caprese, hazelnut and carrot cake and individual sticky toffee pudding. Cookery School is London’s most sustainable cookery school, and prides itself on its premium, organic ingredients, meaning you know exactly what’s going into your creations.
After you’ve baked up a storm, you can tuck into the fruits of your labour alongside tea and coffee, before taking home any leftovers to share with friends and family. Perfect for people with gluten intolerance and those just wanting to kick their baking skills up a notch!
