Kicking things off with a welcome G&T on arrival, you’ll meet your gin instructor as they lead you to the tasting room. They’ll teach you all about the rich history of this popular tipple before you take part in some interactive experiments to help you understand how we taste.
Put your new-found knowledge to the test moving to your very own work-station in the blending room. From a selection of 30 handmade distillates, you’ll choose your favourites to create your own 50cl bottle of blended gin that will be kept on record ready for you to reorder as many times as you like.

What happens on the day?
Arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your pre-booked session begins, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your gin instructor with a complementary G+T.
Once the group has arrived, your first stop is the tasting room ready to learn a whole host of facts & history about the popular tipple before some fun experiments about flavour. Utilising the skills learnt, you’ll move to your very own work-station in the blending room as you create your own gin.
From a selection of 30 distillates, you’ll pick your favourites and use them to create your own concoction. Once you have finished your masterpiece, your gin will be kept on file ready for you to reorder as many times as you like.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- The Studio is located on the first floor of the building, unfortunately due to the age and design of the building there is no disabled access. There are 20 steps with a handrail from the entrance to the first floor and two small steps between the Tasting & Blending rooms
- Seating is available if required
- A unisex toilet is also located on the same floor with no extra step access
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

The experience is available Saturdays at 12.00. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least 3 days in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
