Raise your tennis game with this Full Day Group Tennis Coaching at Bisham Abbey NSC. Located just a stone’s throw from the picturesque village of Marlow, you’ll have the unique opportunity to train at one of the UK’s most iconic tennis centres.
Led by an experienced tennis professional coach, you’ll first warm up and take part in a coach assessment to determine the level of the drills for the day. Spend the morning covering basic technical work, from groundstrokes like forehand and backhand all the way to serves and net play.
Putting your new-found knowledge to the test, in the afternoon you’ll participate in some open-based, fun drills and familiarise yourself with the skills needed for doubles. The day will finish with a match play to apply everything you’ve learnt into the game situation. Whether you’re seasoned experts or new to the sport, you’ll be the envy of the court in no time at all.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at 08:45, you’ll be warmly welcomed and signed in before you meet and greet everyone. The session will begin with a racket warm up and coach assessment to allow your instructors to determine the level of drills for the day. From 09:30, you’ll start with basic groundstrokes like forehand and backhand and try some open based drills. After a short drinks break, the technical work will continue with serves and net play. In the afternoon at 14.00, you’ll enjoy some open based and fun drills focusing on the skills learnt from the morning in addition to the net play needed for doubles. Before leaving at 17.00, you’ll take part in a match play to put everything you’ve learnt into a game situation.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
