A cookery school founded to bring Venetian and Italian cuisine to London, you’ll be in safe hands as you learn from the best. Starting with a session of ingredient sourcing in Portobello Market, you’ll learn how to find the best veg, meat and seafood before heading to the cookery school’s beautiful kitchen and enjoying a refreshing aperitivo ahead of the main event.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Enrica Rocca Cookery School you’ll meet your guides and tutors for the day, Charlotte and Claire, as well as the other members of your day’s class. You’ll head out to the nearby Portobello Market, choosing your ingredients and immersing yourself in the market before returning to the Enrica Rocca kitchen to discover the art of creating a true Italian feast.
At the end of the cooking session you’ll get to eat your dishes with matching wine to accompany each course.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
