What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Grand hotel in York, the two of you will be warmly welcomed by the staff ready for your cooking experience. The full day cookery class provides six hours of learning as you prepare two dishes under the guidance of an expert chef and enjoy an interactive demonstration of the third. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to sit down and enjoy your creations with a glass of wine or a soft drink. Throughout the day, drinks and refreshments will be provided to fuel the creativity.

Availability
This experience can be booked seven days a week. Classes usually start around 9.30, however do depend on the class chosen.
We recommend you book at least 1 week in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
