“Prices was a bit slow”
We recently purchased the on line escape room package, which we used successfully last weekend. Good fun, if some what frustrating!! The reason for the lower score was that once I had activated the experience I had to wait for 30 mins or so to be given the correct links /passwords etc to actually play the game. Had I known about this lead time I would have done this prior to wanting to start. I feel like I should have been informed that it would take some, albeit reasonable, time to set up.
