What happens on the day?
On arrival at Skylon, you’ll be welcomed and shown through to your pre-booked table.
You and your guest will enjoy a flight of five wines specially chosen by the Head Sommelier and a bar snack each.

The experience is available Monday to Friday from 4 January 2022. Exclusions including bank holidays will apply.
Lunch
Monday to Friday: 12.00 to 15.30
Dinner
Monday to Thursday: 17.00 to 21.00
Friday: 17.00 to 19.00
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Then when you know either like or not like, Victor, the guy who take charge of this experience , he will challenge you to explore a different flavour and taste of wine.
