What happens on the day?
Arrive within plenty of time of your booking as you’re both warmly welcomed by the staff who’ll check you in to begin your treetop adventure. Head to the course to be clipped onto our safety harnesses by the Zip World staff.
Soar through the 565 metre-long course admiring the aerial views from 18 metres high. The course features 21 zip lines and 17 different elements, including the UK’s only treetop surfboard.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 9 (unders 17s must be accompanied by a participating adult)
- Minimum reach: 6ft (1.8m)
- Maximum weight: 18 stone 11lb (120kg)
- Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience
- Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for those suffering with high blood pressure or for pregnant women
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Available seven days a week and school holidays between April and October. Open weekends and selected weekdays during off-peak periods. Other date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 3 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
