What happens on the day?
On arrival at your chosen studio at the allotted time, you will be greeted by your photographer who will explain the experience process in more detail. Then it’s time to step onto the set as you enjoy a photoshoot neither of you will forget.
With clothing and background changes, your professional photographer will aim to create your perfect look, capturing the special bond you have with your child. At the end of the photoshoot you will be invited to view the images and select the one you’d like to take away with you as a 5in x 7in print. You’ll also be able to select any extra images you’d like to purchase.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18 for the father (there is no minimum age for the child) Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- You are welcome to bring other family members if you wish (some studios do not allow spectators – please check when making your booking)
- You will receive one complimentary print. A p&p charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £30 (£35 from January 2022) must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 3 days prior notice to the session
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.
We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
You should expect to spend approximately 1 to 2 hours at the studio.
Please be aware that some viewings are not available on the same day and a viewing appointment on a later date may be necessary.
Only one voucher may be used per person within a 12 month period.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
